      Navigating between secondary analysis and tertiary analysis

       

      After the secondary analysis has finished, the VCF files are used to create a tertiary analysis case in AION platform. A link to the case in AION is provided allowing user to jump directly to the specific case from secondary platform. 


      The case ID is shared between the case in Secondary analysis platform and the AION tertiary analysis platform, allowing easy mapping of the secondary and tertiary analysis results of the same case between the two platforms.
