      Monitoring secondary analysis progress

      How to monitor secondary analysis cases and retrieve data from the platform

      After creating a case, the secondary analysis processing starts. User can monitor the status of secondary analysis on the All cases list. Statuses:

      • PROCESSING - Secondary analysis is ongoing.
      • ERROR - A technical or input file dependent error has occurred. Please contact support at support@nostos-genomics.com
      • FINISHED PROCESSING -  - When the secondary analysis has successfully finished, and link to AION UI will show. The case has moved to process on AION tertiary analysis platform side, or might already have finished completely also for tertiary analysis. 

      All cases list allows filterig the cases by status, which allows easy to find cases where attention is required.
