After the secondary analysis has finished a set of output files are made available for download through the UI:
- BAM file(s) for all samples analysed
- Quality Control Report
- Log2ratio bedGraph
- VCF files: can be downloaded in AION tertiary UI.
ℹ️ VCF file(s) are automatically sent to AION for tertiary analysis, and available for download on AION tertiary analysis platform side only.
